Displaying the Actual Variance of the Planned Date 

  1. Call up the transaction as follows:
  2. Menu Path

    From the Maintenance Plans node, choose Display.

    IP03

    The system defaults the number of the last maintenance plan you processed.

  3. Choose .
  4. Choose the Maintenance Plan Schedule Calls tab page.
  5. Check that you are at the very top of the call list. Check the confirmation date. The first call is the order you have just processed and technically completed. This call has an actual variance.

  6. To call up the detail screen, select the first call, then choose .
  7. Choose .
  8. The value in the Shift field is 0.

  9. Choose until the overview tree appears.
