Starting with Release 3.0, the tool for carrying out database options RADBAT01 enables selection of certain requests from table TBATG using selection options. You can also specify the type of logging. More details can be obtained by pressing the Extended Help or F4 help pushbuttons. Report RDDBATP1 remains a synonym for RADBAT01 .
You can schedule the report as a background job, so that, for example, database operations which execute for a long time and which were entered for mass processing with SE14 can be run at night. In this case, the report must be called with the varaint 'SAP_BATCHB'. On the other hand, you can only execute requests which were generated in the course of an upgrade if you use variant 'SAP_BATCHI'.
