New Functions for Secondary Indexes

Description

The following new functions exist for secondary indexes for transparent tables:

1. The name of a secondary index can now consist of up to three letters and numbers (it previously had only one character). The name '0' continues to be reserved for the primary index.

2. The name range Y.. and Z.. is reserved for customers. This applies to new indexes that are not yet active. Indexes that are already active remain unchanged by this.

3. Indexes can be activated and transported individually - as object components of tables. The transport object is LIMU INDX and is a component of R3TR TABL.
