For Release 4.6C, the following changes are
made according to legal requirements:
- Unemployment Benefits
The premium of an insured person who is not covered by the unemployment
benefit program has been adjusted to 1% less than those who are covered by the
unemployment benefit program, that is 5.5% versus 6.5%.
Those who are not covered by the unemployment benefit program include
employers, persons under 15, persons over 60, foreigners or foreign
sailors.
- Occupational Injury Insurance
The Occupational Injury Insurance entitlement of an employee has been
modified, according to the Labor law.
The current employer of an employee can only insure him or her for
Occupational Injury Insurance, if he or she has received old-age benefits
(similar to retirement payment) from his or her previous employer.
That is, the employee is covered by Occupational Injury Insurance only and not
covered by the normal Labor Insurance.
