Executing Line Item Reports Using the ABAP List Viewer

Use

You execute the line item reports for budget (annual and overall values) and commitments/actuals by document number using the ABAP List Viewer. Executing the reports using the ABAP List Viewer enables you to carry out specific and flexible evaluations.

Features

Using the ABAP List Viewer, you can, for example:

Define which fields appear in the list
Sort the fields displayed as required
Form totals for the amount fields
Form subtotals (such as for the "Down payment" value type)
Display the selection criteria
Filter down the selection
Create an overview of all the fields in a document

The maximum width of a list is 250 characters.
