Singapore - CPF Survey Report
Use
The CPF Survey on Occupational Wages is an
annual report which is required to be submitted to the Central Provident Fund
(CPF) Board. This survey includes three forms:
- Form MIB 1A - Reports employees who are
contributing to CPF
- Form MIB 1B - Reports employees who are under
the FWL scheme
- Form MIB 1C - Reports employees who are
employment pass holders
Each form in turn (Forms 1A, 1B and 1C)
consists of three sheets:
- Sheet 1 - Prints 'old' employees who are
covered in both previous and current surveys
- Sheet 2 - Prints 'new' employees who are
covered in the survey for the first time
- Sheet 3 - Prints the declaration and summary

You must maintain several features and one view
to run this report:
- V_T539J - Maintains the basic wage type group
BWAG
- 25PAY - Determines the mode of
payment:
- 25OFF - Determines the office where the
employee is attached. For example:
- 25TYP - Determines the type of
employee:
- 1 - Apprentice or Trainee
- 25DPT - Determines the employees' departments.
For example:
- 25PWK - Determines whether the employees have
prior working experience.
