Singapore - Labour Survey Query 
Use
This report is a requirement from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). It contains statistical information on the total number of employees, the number of employees hired, the number of employees terminated, and so on. The report also contains employees' classifications based on their position, job, and so on.
Although the report is normally run each quarter, the user can run it for any required period.
You must maintain several features to run this report:
- 25CL1 - Determines the classification of employee based on the nature of job carried out:
- 01 - Professionals, managers, technicians and executives
- 02 - Clerical, sales, service and related employees
- 03 - Production, transport and all other employees
- 25CL2 - Determines the classification of employees who are:
- 01 - Full-time employees
- 02 - Part-time employees
- 25RES - Determines the employees who left during the quarter and the reasons for their termination:
- 01 - Retrenchments (Singaporeans and permanent residents)
- 02 - Retrenchments (foreigners)
- 03 - Early release of contract workers due to redundancy (Singaporeans and permanent residents)
- 04 - Early release of contract workers due to redundancy (foreigners)
- 05 - Resignations
- 06 - Others
- 25SWW - Determines the employees placed on short work week
- 25LOT - Determines the employees temporarily laid off during the quarter
- 25ICN - Determines the priority for IC type to be used in the report
