Definition

Selection function which simplifies the task list and operation selection for the inclusion of maintenance task lists in maintenance orders and service orders.

This indicator ensures that the task list operations are renumbered in uninterrupted order and according to the increment set, when transferred to the order.

Use

You should set this indicator, in particular, if you copy task lists with operation selection several times and the highest possible operation number could be exceeded as a result of this.

If you want the operations in the order to have the same numbers as in the task list, you should not set this indicator.

Dependencies

If the order, in which you want to include the task list operations, already contains operations which you do not want to delete, you must note the following dependencies:

In this case, the system determines the numbers for the task list operations based on the highest number of the operations already created in the order and the increment specified.
Example:
Increment: 5

In this case, the system calculates the numbers for the task list operations by adding the highest number of the operations which already exist in the order and the number of the operation in the task list.
