Deductions in Other Jobs (Infotype 0371) 

Definition

When an employee enters the company, you can record deductions made both in previous and current jobs.

 SAP recommends that deductions entered correspond to the fiscal year in progress.

Use

Information you enter into this infotype in subtype the Deductions in previous jobs (1), is only relevant to the annual tax adjustment process. It is especially relevant for specifying the creditable subsidy percentage you apply in the annual tax adjustment.

Structure

The s ubtype Deductions in other jobs consists of the following fields:

Declaration option

In the Exclude annual adjustment field , indicate if the employee has chosen to present the annual tax declaration personally. If you select this indicator, the employee is not considered in the annual adjustment process.

Previous employer data

In this group of fields , enter data that identifies the previous employer. This data is for information purposes only.

In Company name field , indicate the name, trade name or registered company name of the previous employer.

In Company code field , indicate the fiscal register code or key of the company, for example, you can retrieve the Federal Contributors Register of the company in this field.

Certified values

In this group of fields , enter the amounts generated in previous jobs. For annual tax adjustment results, SAP recommends that you enter the following wage types:
