IMSS Data (Infotype 0369)

Definition

The Mexican Institute for Social insurance is responsible for regulating the functioning of social insurance in Mexico (IMSS). As such, all companies need a record with all the IMSS information on each employee where this data is related to paying the workers.

All the data required by the IMSS for each one of the employees that work at the company is registered in this infotype (0369).

Maintaining in this infotype all the data regarding the Social Insurance of the employee is necessary in order to execute payroll accounting, . If not, you do not obtain the correct results.

Use

Using the administrative and organizational data introduced in this infotype, you inform the system of the conditions applicable to the employee regarding the calculation of Social Insurance contributions and the form they are taken into account in payroll accounting.

Structure

The ‘IMSS Data’ infotype (0369) consists of the following fields.

IMSS relationship: The type of relationship the employee has with the IMSS, it defines whether the employee is subject to or exempt from any obligations with the Institute. The possible values are:

Subject to IMSS obligations.
Exempt from IMSS obligations.
Subject to IMSS obligations, without registration number.

IMSS Registration Number: Registration number assigned to employees by the IMSS, through which each can be individually identified.

Family Medical Unit: It is the family medical unit assigned to employers in order to make use of IMSS services.
Reduced Working Time: Working time for the IMSS. The possible values are:
There is no reduced working time.

Working time reduced by days.

Working time reduced by hours.

Working time: Time in hours or days for IMSS working time.
First Entry into IMSS: This indicates if the employee is entering the IMSS for the first time.

Integration

When you save the entered data, the system checks those corresponding with the time in hours or days for the IMSS working time, when the type of reduced working time is in days or hours. These values are compared to the specified data in the "Planned working time" infotype (0007)
