Displaying Where-used Lists for Work Centers 

Prerequisites

Where-used lists display the task lists in which a work center is used.

Selection Criteria

You can specify which task list types should be evaluated in a where-used list by using selection criteria such as task list usage or material number.

If you enter key date, the system only searches in operations that are valid on this date.

Overview Variants

Which task list objects (for example, header, sequence or operation) are displayed depends on the selected overview variant. Overview variants are defined in Customizing for Routings by using General data ® Define overview variants for object overviews.

Procedure

  1. From the Work center area menu choose Reporting ® Where-used ® Work center
  2. Enter the work center and plant whose use you want to display.
  3. If required, enter a key date and other selection criteria.
  4. Choose Goto ® Execute.
  5. Enter an overview variant and choose Enter

The system displays a list of task lists in which the work center is used.

 

How to call up a view of a task list object from the where-used list:

View

Select the object and choose

Detail (such as header)

Goto ® Details

Overview (such as header overview)

Goto ® Choose
