Philippines: Changes to Personnel Area and Personnel Subarea
Groupings 
Description
The company grouping has been broken down into the following entities:
- Tax grouping
- SSS grouping
- Pag-IBIG grouping
- PhilHealth grouping
Each grouping holds information that is used in associated reports. For example, the SSS grouping holds all employer details related to SSS reporting.
Recommendation
Although you can now store historical information for reporting purposes, SAP recommends that you do not use this function until further notice. This function has not been catered for in most reports.
Effects on Customizing
In Customizing for Payroll
Philippines, the section 
Company Details for Reporting Purposes has been modified to
include new views. You should check the following views to ensure that the
information is correct:
- Business Details (V_T7PHCD)
The view holds all
company information displayed on reports.
- Tax Grouping (V_T7PHCT)
The view holds tax
information used in the tax monthly remittance report, BIR 2316 and the
alphalist.
- SSS Grouping (V_T7PHCS)
The view holds SSS
information displayed in SSS monthly, SSS EDINet and SSS quarterly
reports.
- Pag-IBIG Grouping (V_T7PHCH)
The view holds
Pag-IBIG information displayed in the HDMF monthly remittance
report.
- PhilHealth Grouping (V_T7PHCP)
The view holds
PhilHealth information displayed in the RF-1 PhilHealth report.
- Personnel Area/Subarea Grouping (V_T7PH0A)
The view organises
the grouping of personnel area and personnel subarea
combinations.
