Changes to
Authorization for Production Version Print List 
Use
Until now, you needed the following authorizations to be able to call up the print list for production versions with consistency check:
- The authorization to display or change material master data at plant level (authorization object M_MATE_WRK)
- The authorization to display or change the Work scheduling view of materials at plant level (authorization object M_MATE_STA)
When you call up the print list now, the system checks the plant-specific authorization for production versions (authorization object C_FVER_WRK) that is already checked when you edit production versions from the master recipe or in mass processing. You need:
- The display authorization if you only want to display the print list
- The change authorization if you also want to update the check status of production versions
You now no longer need the authorization for the material master unless you edit a production version in the material master record.
Effects on Customizing
Due to this change, you may need to revise the authorizations of those users who check production versions in your company. Assign transaction C252 Print List for Production Version with Consistency Check to the role of the corresponding users and edit the relevant authorizations.
