Use
- The EA Form report now has a sorting facility
which can be used to sort the EA Form output for easy
distribution.
- Printing of non-standard information about
children on the EA form is now possible.
- Both the CP159 and PCB 2(II) reports have been
modified to get the tax contribution receipt information from the Tax Receipt
Entry table .
- Support of a new CP39 format for Sabah and
Sarawak.
- A summary report for CP39.
- Reporting the Tax Reference Number under a
single CP39 Reference Number - the CP39 Umbrella Reference Number concept.
This is to allow companies to submit their tax deductions collectively under
one CP39 reference number or individually.
- New legal output formats for:
- Form CP22A - This form is printed ad-hoc by
the employer during the year for salary witholding purposes whenever the
employer ceases to employ an individual. The employee may have been terminated
or retired from the company. More than one form will be printed in case the
Employer Tax Reference number or the tax number of the employee is
changed.
- Form BBCD - This is a summary report for the
EPF Borang A reports.
- The tax rates table is changed to reflect the
decreased tax rates of 1.00%, in line with new regulations for the year 2000
onwards.
- The Married and Single allowances have
increased from RM 5000 to RM 8000. Accordingly, the constants table is
changed.
- Zakat deductions are now handled by payroll
via the Final Tax Deductions function, and are deducted from the net tax
payable.
- Resultingly, the payroll driver has been
enhanced for handling calculations as per new tax changes effected from Jan
2000.
- SOCSO
A checklist report is now provided to indicate employees' gross earnings that
are less than RM2,000. This report is generated after payroll is
run.
