Management: Document Search 
Use
The following functions are available now for finding documents:
- Text search
When you execute the
function Document -> Find you can also search
using the contents of an original application file. Enter the the string and
the system returns the original appliaction files that have this
contents.
- Starting processing for documents
You can start
enterprise-specific processes from the results screen of the document search,
such as a status change for the document info record. You can select one or
more documents to use the process in the process. The call is made using the
function button.

Effects on Customizing
Processee that you want to execute in your enterprise must be entered in Customizing of Document Management ; under General Data-> Create processing procedure for documents.
