Use
The postings in the Real Estate general
contract have been enhanced and now include:
One-time postings
Periodic postings log
One-time posting
You can access this function under
Real Estate Managment -> Rental
Accounting -> One-time Postings -> Post/Park
Transaction: FOB1
Advantage
- You can now make one-time postings for both customer and vendor
An additional account assignment is made on the general contract. The customer or vendor for the posting is derived from the account determination of the flow type used.
Periodic postings log
You can access the periodic postings log under:
Real Estate Management -> Real Estate
General Contract -> Postings -> Periodic postings - Log
Transaction: FOJR
Advantage
- You can display and print the results of the periodic posting
The following overviews are available
(1) Objects
(2) Cash flow
(3) Posted documents
(4) Error log
(5) Technical info
Note
Overviews (1) and (2) only display postings that been made and do not take account any objects containing errors and cash flow items in a posting run.
You can set your own display variant for the overviews (1) and (2)
Effects on Customizing
One-time posting
To use this function, create new flow types for
one-time postings for the general contract as described in the Real Estate IMG
under:
R/3 Real Estate -> Conditions, Flow Types, Account Determination ->
Create Flow Types . Assign these new flow types the flow type
group:
03 - One-time posting - contract
