Creating Report Requests Manually 

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. In the substance management hit list, mark all substances for which you want to create a report request for a generation variant, language and key date (see: Substance search).
  2. In the hit list, choose Substance ® Reports ® Create report.

    3. The Create Reports dialog box appears.

  3. Enter the generation variant, language, and key date.
  4. Choose Create report.

The system generates a report request for all substances you have selected.

Result

The Processing Log for Selected Substances screen appears.

The report then has the Initial release status you defined in the header for the generation variant.
