WWI: Processing Basic Settings

Prerequisites

Your PC access a locally installed WWI directory. If your PC is connected to a central WWI server, please notify your system administrator.

As the system saves files WWI.INI and WWI.DOT when you make changes, no other users may edit WWI documents whilst you are processing them.

Procedure

The WWI settings dialog box appears.

You can change the following settings:

Field	Description
General
Language	Specify the language for all WWI dialogs and outputs.
Table	Here you define the table provided as an input template under WWI ® Input Template.
Separator	Specify the separator you require.
Width 1	Specify the width of the first table column, for example 3 cm .
Width of separator	Specify the width of the second table column, for example 1 cm .
	Word calculates the width of the third column from the page width.

Display changes	Set this indicator if you want the system to highlight changes.
Text color	Specifies the color of revised text, for example red .
Shade	Specifies the shading used for revised text, for example 25%
Frame-Left	Specify the type of frame used to mark revisions, for example double .
Color settings
Color is meta information	Set this indicator if you want the color of symbols to remain unchanged after the symbols are expanded.
– Global – Document only	Specify whether the color settings are to apply to the current document, or all documents.

Specify the color in the following fields.
