WWI: Using Special Keyboard Shortcuts 

WWI-enhanced Winword provides the following special keyboard shortcuts:

CTRL + R

Resets the formatting information of all highlighted characters:

  • All hidden formatting information is removed.
  • All changed colors are reset.

CTRL plus - (on the numbers keyboard)

Word hides all toolbars currently displayed (turn off Num on keyboard).

CTRL plus +(on the numbers keyboard)

Word displays all hidden toolbars (turn off Num on keyboard).

F1

Calls the R/3 F1-help for the currently selected symbol or repeating group.
