Activities Selection for Print 
Use
When you start a correspondence function that is based on a correspondence activity, you can now choose the correspondence activity yourself.
This is an enhancement to the correspondence function provided since Release 4.6A for the creation of individual letters for lease-outs. Since that Release, a particular correspondence activity was assigned to each lease-out for several correspondence types (such as rent adjustment, service charge settlement,...). When you printed a letter, such as a rent adjustment for 100 lease-outs, you had to use the preassigned correspondence activity for that lease-out.
As of this Release, you can choose the correspondence activity you require for the particular lease-out.
To do this, you enter your chosen correspondence activity in the selection screen of the print program. This is then used for all lease-outs concerned. If you do not enter a correspondence activity, the system uses the particular correspondence activity that is preassigned to each lease-out as in the past.
The same applies for offers, lease-out guarantees of payment and for dunning letters for individual rent adjustments.
Accordingly, the "Print Letter" method for business object BUS1130 (lease-out) now includes an optional parameter for the correspondence application.
