Adapting the Application Function Bar 

Use

Before using various functions, such as filters, in the project information system, you need to enhance the dynamic menu bar as required. The selected functions are then immediately available.

Procedure

  1. Call up the transaction as follows:
  2. Menu Path

    Logistics or Accounting ® Project System ® Information System ® Structures ® Structure Overview

    Transaction Code

    CN41

  3. If required, specify PS info profile 000000000001 , then choose .
  4. The Project Info System: Structure Initial Screen appears.

  5. Enter the project definition in the Project field.
  6. Choose .
  7. The Project Information System screen appears.

  8. Choose Choose Functions.
  9. A selection screen appears.

    The left side of the screen shows all the functions that are available; the right side shows the ones selected.

  10. Click the arrow to the left of Set Filter.
  11. The system lists the functions possible for the icon

  12. Position the cursor on the General function, press the left mouse button, and drag the cursor to the right side of the screen.
  13. When you release the mouse button, the system displays the selected function under the relevant icon.

  14. Select the following functions in the same way:
  15. For Icon

    Choose the Following Functions:

    Set Filters

    Status-dependent

    User-defined

     Verify

    Create Confirmation Pool

    Confirmation workflow

  16. Choose Copy.
  17. The system adds the selected icons to the menu bar. Click on an icon to list the functions selected for it.

    You can now continue with processing or leave the report.

  18. To exit the report, choose .

Result

The system saves the settings on a user-dependent basis.

The selected functions are available again the next time you access the structure overview or one of the individual overviews in the project information system.
