Internal Orders: Active Availability Control

Description

The active availability control functions can promptly identify whether the commitments posted to the order exceed the budget allocated and notify the user accordingly.

If you post actual costs or commitments to a budgeted order, for example, the system checks whether the predefined tolerance limits for this order have been exceeded by the posting.

If so, the system issues either a warning message (with or without a mail to the budget manager) or an error message rejecting the account assignment.
