Sales Reports - Contracts and Condition Types 

Use

This function allows you to enter sales reports for several contracts and conditions in one screen.

You can access this function under:

Real Estate Management -> Rental Accounting -> Sales-Based Rents -> Sales Reports -> Maintain or Maintain with Sales Simulation
Transaction: FOU2N (maintain) FOU2NS (maintain with sales simulation)

Advantages

• When contracts and conditions are subject to the same sales reports, you no longer have to enter them for each contract and condition type but enter the sales reports once by specifying which contracts and conditions types are subject to these sales reports

• When you execute the maintain or simulation screen, a tree structure is displayed. It contains the lease-outs selected and the following information is immediately visible:
  Green icon - all sales reports are available and correct
  Yellow icon - indicates that data is not saved
  Red icon - indicates for which month(s) sales reports are missing
  

• The sales-based rent total is calculated and clearly displayed below the reported sales
