Field Selection for MIGO

In this step, you maintain the settings for field selection for the transaction MIGO.

Here you can, for example:

• Hide the header data completely or only certain fields that you do not require

• Hide pushbuttons that you do not require

• Define the fields Delivery note and Bill of lading as mandatory entries if you use evaluated receipt settlement

• Show the field GR/GI slip if you use GR/GI slip numbers (only necessary in certain countries)

• Hide the print indicator if you do not want to print out GR/GI slips in Inventory Management

Standard settings

In the standard system, all configurable fields are defined as an optional entry, with the exception of the field GR/GI slip, which is suppressed in the standard system.

Note

The characteristic Mandatory field is only analyzed for fields with the names GOHEAD... (header fields) and GOITEM... (item fields), the characteristic HiLi is not supported.

Recommendation

SAP recommends that you accept the settings defined in the standard system. In this case, no action is required on your part.
