Use
The individual object list in the order information system has been converted to the ALV interface.
To define the structure of the individual object list, you can select a layout (ALV) on the initial screen or you can select a profile, which is defined in Customizing for the Order Information System. You can assign a status filter to a profile when you define the profile in Customizing. You cannot do this for a layout. However, if you use a layout to structure the individual object list, you can call a status filter from the menu.
The individual object list using the ALV interface has the following advantages:
- It has a modern user interface
- You can sort selected objects as required and filter them according to particular field values
- You can show or hide columns
- You can create totals and subtotals
- You can print out and export individual object lists
- You can define generally-valid layouts and user-specific layouts
- You can use the ALV interface in the SAP GUI for HTML
