Sales-Based Rent and Advance Payment Adjustment 
Use
The simulation sales-based rent screen now contains an improved ALV (ABAP List Viewer). The adjustment data field in the execute sales-based rent screen has now been extended by three fields: Minimum Amount for Advance Payment Reduction, Minimum Amount for Advance Payment Increase, Percentage Surcharge for Advance Payment Increase.
You can access the simulation screen under:
Real Estate Management -> Rental Accounting -> Sales Settlement
-> Simulate
Transaction: FOUEN
You can access the new extended adjustment data field under:
Real Estate Management -> Rental
Accounting -> Sales Settlement -> Execute
Transaction: FOUAN
Advantages
- In the new improved ALV in the simulation you can see in one screen any months in which sales reports have not been reported instead of having to access another dialog
- For each settlement period, there is a pushbutton to display the corresponding reporting intervals and the sales reported
- In the extended adjustment data field, you can now enter the minimum amount for advance payment reductions, advance payment increase and percentage surcharge for advance payment to avoid, for example, unnecessary correspondence
