Conversion of
the Results Display of the SCS to ALV 
Use
The evaluation of the service charge settlement (apportionment result) has been completely converted to ALV. This allows you to define your own display variants, for example to calculate different subtotals.
You can also display the results lists
according to settlement unit, master settlement unit, and lease-out, or
display a list of the master settlement units for each settlement unit.
The following pushbuttons appear in the report:
- Result per SU - Settlement result per settlement unit
- Result per master SU - Settlement result per master settlement unit
- Result master SU per SU - For each SU there is a list of master SUs in which the settlement unit participates, the resulting costs, as well as the costs that are directly posted to the settlement unit.
- Result per LO - The costs of the SUs, the advance payments, cost surcharges, etc. are listed for each
- Surcharges - Costs surcharges for each lease-out
- Apportionment factors - List of the
apportionment factors of the SUs
Example:
When you settle the master SU under ENKA-1 and the participating SUs under ENKA-2, the following takes place:
- Selection ENKA-2, "Dep. SUs" not selected:
The settlement
result for the normal SUs is displayed. The "Result per master SU" pushbutton
should show "no data".
- Selection ENKA-1, "Dep. SUs" not selected:
The settlement
result for the master SUs is displayed. The "Result per SU" pushbutton should
show "no data"
- Selection ENKA-2, "Dep. SUs" selected:
a) The
settlement result for the normal SUs is displayed.
b) The "Result
per master SU" pushbutton shows the SUs that the normal SUs participate in, in
other words the dependent settlements.
c) The "Result
master SU per SU" shows a list of the normal SUs with the master SUs in which
the SU participates as items, in other words, the costs that the participating
SU received from the master SU; the costs that were directly posted to the
normal SU may also be shown as items.
d) When you
double-click a SU in the "Result per SU" list, you receive the "Result master
SU per SU" list, but only for the SU that the you double-clicked.
e) When you
double-click the master SU row, you receive the "Result per master SU" list,
but only for selected SU.
- Selection ENKA-1, "Dep. SUs" selected:
The settlement
result for the master SUs is displayed. Refer to points a-e above.
The "List without ALV" indicator displays the old results list again that already exists in report RFVINK20.
