Define Transfer
of Texts
In this step, you define text types and text
determination procedures for copying texts from the delivery header and
delivery items in the R/2 System. If texts are contained in the R/2 delivery
document, they are automatically included in the R/3 delivery by the SAP
System.
To do this, proceed as follows:
- Define the text determination
procedure
- Assign the text determination procedure to the
delivery types for decentralized shipping
Note
You do not have to define access sequences in
this case.
Default
settings
In the standard SAP R/3 System various
definitions have already been made:
- Text types "3000" to "3025" for delivery
header
These text types are
provided for the 4 header texts and the 16 text supplements of the R/2
System.
- Text procedure "30" for the header texts of
the delivery
- Assign the text procedure "30" to the delivery
types for local shipping (delivery type LD)
- Text types "3000" to "3002" for the delivery
items
These text types are
provided for the 4 texts on item level from the R/2 System.
- Text procedure "30" for the item texts of the
delivery
- Assign the text procedure "30" to the item
categories for decentralized deliveries (item categories LDN, LDTX,
LDX)
