Internal Orders: Budget Management

Description

In Release 3.0, budgets can also be allocated for internal orders. Budget management for internal orders includes the following functions:

You can create your budgets manually, copy an existing cost plan directly, or increase or reduce values by a percentage or a fixed amount according to your requirements.
You can update your budget using these functions. This means that the changes are documented in the system and facilitates a meaningful comparison between the original budget and the current budget.
Active availability control compares the funds already allotted for an object against the current budget. It can help you recognize whether too many funds have been allocated for an object and trigger different actions.
