of Settlement Simulation 
Scope of Functions
As of this Release, the user can enter a key to uniquely identify the simulation results of the service charge settlement.
The first character of the identification has to be '$'. If it is not, the system will change it automatically.
Note that more than one simulation can have the same ID. The system does not check existing IDs.
There is no automatic ID assignment.
