Shop Floor Information System: Saving the release version of the production order for the target/actual comparison
As of Release 3.0A you can specify that release versions be written for header, item and procedure for the Shop Floor Information System via the order type-dependent parameters in Customizing. That is, times and dates are updated in a release version at the time of the release.
In this way, only the target data from the release version is considered in a target/actual comparison. If production orders change quite often during their processing, the target and the actual values will become more and more similar. A dependable target/actual deviation is therefore only possible with the release version.
The release version data:
Header: order finish date
order start date
terminated release date
terminated finish
terminated start
release date plan
total scrap quantity order
total order quantity
Item: Start date of the planned order
delivery date of the planned order
fixed production scrap quantity
total planned order quantity
item quantity order
item scrap quantity
Procedure: procedure quantity
scrap quantity procedure
earliest terminated start
latest terminated start
earliest terminated end
latest terminated end
