PP-IS: altered calculation of the target and actual execution time

Description

Beginning with Release 3.0A the target and actual execution time will be calculated differently in the Shop Floor Information System.

Before Release 3.0A the actual execution time was calculated by dividing the total set up, processing and tear down times of the operation by the input time of the capacity. The target execution time is derived from the total target set up, processing, and tear down times from the routing divided by the input time of the capacity.

Beginning with Release 3.0A the target or actual execution time will be calculated as follows:

The actual execution time is derived from the temporal difference between the actual-start execution and the actual-finish execution divided by the input time of the capacity.

The target execution time is derived from the temporal difference between the latest scheduled start execution and the latest scheduled finish execution divided by the input time of the capacity.

Dependent functions

Note that different values can result when the altered calculation of the execution time is used in setting up statistics. Also effected are the key figures, queue time and queue time deviation, for which execution time is needed for calculation purposes.
