Creating the Technical Confirmation Report 

Use

You create the technical confirmation report to ensure that later on you can use the Plant Maintenance Information System (PMIS) to analyze the causes of damage.

Procedure

  1. Use the following procedure to call the transaction:
  2. Menu Path

    From the Order node, choose Change

    Transaction Code

    IW32

    The system defaults your order number.

  3. Choose .
  4. To create a confirmation report, choose (next to the notification number).
  5. Position your cursor on the Cause code field and choose F4 help.
  6. In the Catalog Selection dialog box, expand the PM02 Material hierarchy.
  7. Choose 1002 Incorrectly balanced.
  8. Choose the System availability tab.
  9. Enter the following data:

    100 (Percent)

  11. Position your cursor on the Cond.after task field, then choose the F4 input help.
  12. In the System Condition After Completion of Task dialog box, choose 1 Operational.
  13. Choose .
  14. Choose to return to the overview tree.
