External Heating Costs Settlement: Settlement Types 

Use

The settlement type specified is now taken into account for the settlement participation. You can access this new field under:

Real Estate Management -> Lease-out -> Create or Change
Transaction: FOV1/FOV2

Click the icon Settlement Participation and enter the settlement type
required.

Advantage

• Settlement types 0 (no participation), 1 (advance payment), 2 (flat rates) and 3 (final settlement) are now taken into account
