The definition of data entry forms has been simplified.

The data entry forms are defined in the Implementation Guide for Consolidation under -> Individual Financial Statement Data -> Transfer from Remote PC Data Entry in the chapters

• Data entry via ACCESS

• Data entry via Dbase

and under -> Individual Financial Statement Data in chapter

• Online Data Entry

Extended functionality of the view:

• Overview screen and detail screen:
  An additional step 'Extras' enables the selection of all functions and maintenance options relevant for the definition of data entry form.
  

• Detail screen only:
  The function 'Choose' now allows you to directly maintain the rules for line and column layout via the corresponding table view (double-click on the line or column layout), providing these objects have already been defined.
  Otherwise, you will be notified that the definition has not yet been made with the option to make the definition and to create a layout rule or to copy an existing rule.

For the release upgrade, tables that are relevant for the definitions, have been created according to the existing table entries. Only the descriptions of the line and column layouts need to be completed in the Implementation Guide.
