Formats 
Use
SAP now provides a new standard name format in the Personal Data (0002) infotype. This is the name format Form-of-Address Key, Initials, Last Name available in the Name Format field. The name format selected here will be used in lists, payslips, etc.
Effects on Customizing
Name formats can be set up in Customizing. To
do this, choose 
Define Name Format ( Personnel
Management -> Personnel
Administration -> Personal Data
-> Name Editing -> Define Name
Format ).
The standard name format Form-of-Address Key, Initials, Last Name is contained in the view V_T522N_A as follows:
