Message Attributes
In production control system messages appear
that contain important information for users. The users can process this
information further.
In this step you can specify whether the SAP
System
- suppresses this information
- displays it as an error message
In the case of the
error message you can only process it further if you
correct the entry. You can also group the messages according to user classes
by saving the messages in different versions.
Aktivitäten
1. Process the
list of messages by assigning every message a message category.
2. If you have
saved message categories under different versions you can assign a version to
specific users. This has the effect that the same message appears as an error
for one user and a warning for another.
To do this you must
assign the parameter ID "MSV" and the version number to the corresponding user
master records.
