Functionality enhancement on French Bilan Social

Within release 4.6C, some enhancements have been developed related to the French Bilan Social so that corresponding customizing is more user-friendly.

• it is now possible to enter up to 15 professional categories and to use the field "Category type" in the selection screen of the Bilan Social report so as to select and display only those categories included in the Bilan Social.

• You can add customer-specific indicators and even split legal indicators into so-called sub-indicators (using user-exit).

• detailed results can be displayed based on distribution men/women. For each indicator, you can specify whether you want to customize this distribution or not.

• the new layout makes it possible to export data to MS Excel and MS Word based on an interface.

Effects on System Administration

1) Indicators which call numeric data are now stored in the time-depending customizing T5F5Q table and no longer in table T536A.

2) the selection screen of the report now includes a select-option which makes it possible to specifiy the category of employees to be selected.

3) Within the user exit, two Includes (RPLBFZF0 et RPLBIZF0) have been developed to make it possible for the user to create his/her customer-specific indicators and modify calculation of indicators as delivered within the standard.

Avec la version 4.6C, un certain nombre d'extensions ont été réalisées pour donner à l'utilisateur une plus grande marge de manoeuvre dans le paramétrage de son Bilan Social.

• il est désormais possible d'entrer jusqu'à 15 catégories socio- professionelles, et d'utiliser la zone 'Type de catégorie' dans l'écran de sélection du programme d'édition du Bilan Social pour sélectionner et afficher uniquement les catégories socio-professionnelles sur lesquelles le Bilan social doit porter.

• vous pouvez ajouter vos propres indicateurs et même décomposer les indicateurs légaux en sous-indicateurs (par exit utilisateur).

• les résultats détaillés peuvent être affichés selon une répartition, hommes/femmes. L'utilisateur peut spécifier pour chaque indicateur s'il souhaite paramétrer ou non cette répartition.

• le nouvel affichage proposé permet d'exporter les données grâce à une interface avec Excel et Word.

Répercussions sur l'administration du système

1) Les indicateurs qui appellent une donnée numérique sont désormais enregistrés dans la nouvelle table de Customizing datée T5F5Q, et non plus dans la table T536A.

2) il existe maintenant dans l'écran de sélection du programme d'édition du Bilan Social une option de sélection pour préciser la catégorie de salariés sélectionnée.

3) Dans le cadre de l'exit utilisateur, deux includes (RPLBFZF0 et RPLBIZF0) ont été créés pour permettre à l'utilisateur d'ajouter ses propres indicateurs ou de modifier le calcul des indicateurs livrés en standard.
