Automatic Clearing for Open Items 

Use

The function automatically clears open items on rental agreements.

You can access this function under:

Real Estate Management -> Rental Accounting -> IncomingPayments/Account Maintenance -> Automatic Account Maintenance
Transaction: FOPA
Program: RFVIEPCD0

Advantages

• You no longer need to clear open items manually after a debit position

• Open items are cleared directly and not initially assigned to an account
