FI-LC: Monitor for Data Transfer
Description
The monitor displays the transfer procedure and the status for the transfer of the individual FS data of individual companies into the consolidation system of a subgroup.
There are three statuses per company:
- Data found
- Error: Bad data transfer; no data found
- No data: Data transfer did not yet occur
In the overview, the data import can be carried out for just one company or bundled by procedure.
Change system parameters in customizing
For the characterization of the transfer procedures, two new indicators are used in the company master record as add-ons for data transfer:
- 'Upload data' for PC entry or R/2 extract
- 'Import data' for the type of data transfer (direct, IDoc, PC, UNIX)
