Assign Task List Types to Material Types
In this step, you specify which material types can be inspected using inspection plans.
Requirements
You have maintained the material types.
Default Settings
In the standard system, several common material types have already been assigned to task list type Q (inspection plans).
Activities
1. Check the
settings of the
material types in the menu item "Material master/ 
Define attributes of material types ."
Define attributes of material types ."2. Determine
which material types should be inspected with task list type Q (inspection
plan).
3. Maintain the
assignment table.
Further Notes
Other task list types such as routings may also contain inspection operations. You must also make such assignments to the material type for these task list types.
This table is used by the system for controlling screens and selecting fields in the inspection setup of the material. If there is no assignment of the task list type to the material type, the fields related to the task list are hidden.
