Assigning Deliveries to Stages

Prerequisites

You can either assign all deliveries in the shipment to a stage or only a few deliveries to each stage. This function is useful if a shipment stops at various locations, unloading or loading goods along the way, for example. In such a situation, not all deliveries would be included in each stage of transportation.

Deliveries can be assigned to stages automatically (see Leg Determination Categories).

This process can also be carried out manually.

Procedure

Choose Overview ® Stage overview on the initial screen or one of the overview screens.

Select the stage that the delivery is to be assigned to on this overview screen. Choose Stage ® Deliveries in stage.

Here you will find data for each delivery in table format.

Select the deliveries and then use the movement buttons that are found between the two halves of the screen to assign deliveries to the stage. You can also delete deliveries.
