You select columns and rows if, for example, you want to reassign several production quantities simultaneously or if you want to move production quantities along the time axis.

You can select one or several rows. The system then carries out the selected function for the production quantities in the selected row or rows.

After selecting a row, if you position the cursor to the left of the Overdue column, the system displays a dialog box where you define the period in which you want to process the production quantities.

If you position the cursor on a cell, the system only processes the production quantities in this cell.

By selecting rows and columns, you specify the production quantities and the periods in which you want to process data.

If you select two columns that do not lie next to each other and then choose ENTER, the system automatically selects the columns in between the two you selected.
