The settings you make in this section apply to the task list group as a whole or to the task list header.
You are only offered the settings that are
important for maintaining task list types Q and S. In the Implementation Guide
for Production, you can find additional
settings for task lists that you normally do not need when you
use task list types Q and S. Nevertheless, you should familiarize yourself
with these settings and the implementation projects for other task list types,
so you do not make any settings that could adversely affect the QM
component.
Note
: The following functions for
task list determination are offered in the Implementatuion Guide
for Production and you can use these to control
user-related and
automatic task list selection. Although these functions are not
supported for inspection plans, there must be an entry with the key Q* in the
relevant tables. Check if these entries exist and if not, transfer the entries
form the standard client.
The inspection plans are linked to the central
engineering change management function for Logistics objects. Refer to the
section Logistics,
Engineering change management for a description of the
settings.
Some fields in the task list header are only required to record inspection results based on characteristics. These include:
To carry out these steps, see the Results Recording subsection of the Quality Inspection section.
