Use
This tool changes payment data and bank details on active lease-outs and general contracts for master tenants with customer account.
You can access this tool under:
Real Estate Management -> Incoming
Payments/Account Maintenance -> Electronic Statements -> Payment

Advantage
- Now, you can enter any payment data changes (such as payment method, house bank, partner bank and payment block) in one screen and this tool automatically makes the changes available on other screens affected. In previous releases changes to payment data had to be individually entered in to the customer master data, contract data on all contracts belonging to the customer and any other documents affected.
