In previous releases the settlement result of a heating expenses settlement carried out by an external settlement company could only be transferred to the system by means of data medium exchange.
It is now possible to manually set the settlement result for each rental unit or rental agreement without using an A-tape, M/L-tape or D-tape.
You do this on the Import D-tape initial screen using the new Fill database table directly indicator.
In addition, it is possible to import several D-records in sequence and then post the settlement results together.
It is no longer necessary that the table (viak11) is empty when a new D-record is imported.
If a record has been imported twice for the same rental unit, the costs from both of the D-records are added together, since there may be several vacancies within one settlement period.
Using the new Update DB entries indicator you can also determine whether already existing entries for a rental agreement should be overwritten or updated.
