Displaying Job Overview Information (PP-PI) 

Procedure

  1. Choose Logistics ® Production - process ® Process order and then Tools ® Archive ® Process order.
  2. The initial screen for archiving process orders appears.

  3. Choose Job overview.
  4. A screen appears on which you can enter criteria for selecting jobs, such as job name, user name, date, and job status.

  5. Enter the relevant selection criteria and choose Continue.
  6. The system displays a list of the selected jobs.

  7. Position the cursor on an entry in the list and choose the corresponding function key to:
  1. To update the list, choose Refresh.
