Using the Retrieval Function (PP-SFC) 

  1. Choose Logistics ® Production ® Production control ® Tools ® Archiving ® Orders.

    2. The initial screen for archiving production orders is then displayed.

  2. Choose Retrieval.
  3. Enter the selection criteria.
  4. Choose Archive selection.

    5. A list of the existing archive files is then displayed.

  5. Select the required archive file(s) and choose .
  6. Click .

The selected orders are then displayed in the Order Information System.
