Starting the Deletion Program (PP-SFC) 

Use

You follow the procedure below if the archived data was not deleted after it was archived.

Procedure

  1. Choose Logistics ® Production ® Production control ® Tools ® Archiving ® Orders.

    2. The initial screen for archiving production orders is then displayed.

  2. Choose Delete.
  3. Click Archive selection and select one or more archive files.
  4. Click Start date and enter the start date.
  5. Click Spool parameters and enter the spool parameters.

    6. If you set the Test run flag, only statistics will be generated and the data will not be deleted.
