Setting Deletion Flags/Indicators (Background) 

  1. Choose Logistics ® Production ® Production control ® Tools ® Archiving ® Orders.

    2. The initial screen for archiving production orders is then displayed.

  2. Choose Deletion flag / deletion indicator.
  3. Enter a variant.

    4. You can only use an existing variant if it is no longer blocked by an archiving job.

    To create a new variant, proceed as follows:

    1. Enter the name of the new variant and click on Maintain.

      2. The screen for maintaining variants for archiving production orders is then displayed. The variant contains the selection criteria for selecting the production orders.

    2. Maintain the selection criteria.
    3. Click on Continue.
    4. Enter attributes for the variant.
    5. Save your variant.
    6. Click on .
  4. Click on Start date and enter the start date.
  5. Click on Spool parameters and enter the spool parameters.
  6. Click on .

The deletion flags / indicators are created in the background.
